The facility is designed with precision-controlled processing parameters and modern galvanizing equipment to ensure uniform zinc coating thickness, strong metallurgical bonding, and excellent surface finish across all components. By maintaining strict control over cleaning, pickling, fluxing, and zinc immersion stages, we achieve enhanced coating adhesion and consistent quality, even on complex or heavy fabricated structures. The resulting zinc layer acts as both a physical barrier and a sacrificial coating, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion over the product’s service life.
